About the wine
With the fine ALAYA "Tierra" from 2015, you will positively surprise your friends. The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Atalaya s de Golban grows this wine in the Meseta countryside.

Tasting note
Intense cherry red with a few shades of red. Very strong and quite opulent on the palate, warm aromas, lots of fruit, very smooth and noble despite its strength, ripe dark berries, lots of melting, fine coffee and chocolate notes, sticks for a very long time, fantastic finish. A true wine heavyweight, pure pleasure and a treat!
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 15°-17°C.
Vinification
The very old vines are cultivated in typical, very extensive bush cultivation at 700 - 1000 m above sea level, on very calcareous soils. Harvested by hand, fermented on mash, aged for 15 months in French and a small part in American barriques.
