Amber On the nose, raisins, brioche, prunes. Full-bodied, sweet and velvety with a long soft finish. It goes great with dessert or with cheese platters after dinner. Cream sherry is usually made by mixing Oloroso sherry (a dry, oxidative sherry) with sweet Pedro Ximénez sherry.
