Tasting note
The grapes for this “drinking” rosé come from Falchetto's vineyards in Agliano Terme. In Piedmontese dialect, Ajman means “soft, pleasant,” which describes wine well. In the glass, it shows a bright pink. The inviting bouquet is extremely clear and fruity, and fresh fruit is also in the foreground on the palate.

Vinification
