Tasting note
An elegant and aromatic white wine with a harmonious blend of citrus fruits, white flowers and fresh herbs. The fine wood note complements the taste and creates complexity. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a long, elegant minerality on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled fish, seafood, tender poultry or even fresh goat cheese.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are carefully selected and pressed directly. The aging takes place partly in barriques and partly in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruitiness of the grapes.
