About the wine
Founded in 1908 by Henri Badoux, the winery quickly established itself with the name Aigle and the renowned vineyard “Les Murailles”. When his son, Henri Emile Badoux, took over the management in 1940, he found a modest wine trading company. Under his leadership, the company grew into a winery of over 50 hectares in the famous Aigle, Yvorne, Ollon and Saint-Saphorin appellations. Henri Olivier Badoux took over management in the early 90s, followed by Kurt Egli, who took over management in 2008.

Color: Deep, sparkling lemon yellow color; Bouquet: Fruity and elegant with aromas of mango and lime blossom; Palate: Balanced and harmonious structure with a delicate and persistent finish.

Goes well with aperitif, light meat, cheese or fondue, fish such as perch fillets
Vinification
A few words about vinification: The fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the pressing is carried out extremely gently with pneumatic presses.
