Tasting note
Ruby red, varietal Aglianico. Aromas of red and black fruits, blueberries, blackberries, cherries and pepper embedded in a beautiful tannin structure. This wine is grown and aged according to the theses of Japanese Masanobu Fukuoka. In a kind of permaculture, care is taken to exploit the various synergies between plants and animals. Vinification
Aged for 12 months on fine lees in barriques.
