Tasting note
Intense garnet red. Profound scent of wild berries. The palate is harmoniously fresh and soft. This wine expresses its character with balanced soft tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pasta dishes, red meat and game.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested at the end of October and immediately destemmed. This was followed by a 4-5-day cold maceration at 18-20° C. It then matured for 12 months in stainless steel tanks and is stored in the bottle for at least 4 months before being sold.
