Tasting note
The Grave Mora is only produced in the best years, concentrated and dense. Rustic and earthy at the beginning, after a while in the glass, the fruit component is becoming increasingly important. An impressive wine.

Vinification
Fermentation and maceration take around 30 days. The wine is then aged in new French barriques for 13 months.
