Tasting note
The time has finally come. Since autumn 2019, rosé can also be produced in Prosecco DOC. The first work by Adoro comes wonderfully pink in the glass and immediately exudes a pleasant scent of strawberries and fresh fruit. On the palate, a fine perlage and a wonderfully fruity-tart finish that whets the appetite for more. And you just think: “Summer can come!”
