About the wine
With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Feudo Disisa masters this red wine in the fertile and blooming landscape of Sicily. If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this dominant Shiraz 2018 — Adhara DOC. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Shiraz with roasted vegetables or game.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red with purple reflections in the color, in the bouquet strong notes of cherry, licorice and cocoa. Full, persistent and harmonious on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with meat and game dishes.
Vinification
Fermentation at a controlled temperature (27°C). Maceration lasting 15 days. Malolactic fermentation in steel. Refinement 30% in barrique, 70% in steel. Bottle aging 120 days.
