About the wine
Campo alla Sughera is located in Bolgheri, one of the most famous communities in recent Italian wine history. The foundation stone of the winery was laid in 1998 when the German entrepreneurial family Knauf was able to acquire 20 hectares of land. Since then, a well-rehearsed, experienced team has done a great deal of development work. The German-Italian winery is positioning itself as a proud newcomer in the midst of well-known wineries.

Tasting note
Ruby red color with good intensity. Fine and intense on the nose. Well-expressed nuances of plum, tobacco and vanilla. The taste is full-bodied and harmonious, soft and well-structured.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with dark and white meats, mushroom dishes, Tuscan pasta and rice dishes, medium-aged cheese
Vinification
All grapes for the Adéo are harvested by hand in our own vineyards in the Bolgheri zone. Then slightly crushed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (second and third filling).
