About the wine
The Borga family has been cultivating the Marca Trevigiana vineyards since 1940. That is my origin. Today, it is the four cousins of the family who create and shape me and the other wines with love. This is where winemaking experience meets the joy of experimentation. Because the new generation makes modern wines that breathe new breath into Veneto. I am a tribute to Adele, the cousins' great-aunt, who was known for driving her red Vespa through her home town of Chiarano. The tranquil village is still home to the Borga family, where half of the residents are also called that.

Tasting note
I smell of ripe black cherries and a fine pinch of spices — think pepper and a whiff of clove. On the tongue, I am full and strong, with rich fruit and supple tannins. My finish is long, warm and leaves a lasting impression.
Culinary recommendation
With pizza or dishes with tomato sauce. Also with aperitif plates.
Vinification
After the 15-day fermentation, I store in a cement tank for 6 months so that my aromas can fully develop while still preserving my beautiful primary fruit.
