Tasting note
Its rich ruby red is the icing on the cake of any special evening. Your friends will tell you. The fruity bouquet of fruit compote, spices and tobacco shows a complex aroma structure and plenty of pleasure potential. The dominant nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper shape their individual texture. A strong body and dominant acidity result in the fruity red wine, which harmoniously shows a lot of character and class in the mouth with fine tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Italian and Spanish dishes, minced meat dishes, tomatoes and lamb dishes. With tapas, meat dishes (dark meat) with a strong flavor, aubergines and ham.
Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging in French and American barriques, maturation in the bottle for 5 months.
