About the wine
Very balanced, delicate, diplomatic. As its namesake once did, Achille for peace in a glass. Fruity lightness, fresh acidity and fine Tannins make him an ideal soloist.

An elegant, characterful Tuscan with intense aromas of ripe dark berries, cherries and delicate spicy notes. Harmonious and balanced on the palate, with smooth tannins and a long, fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white and red meats (both fried and pickled), game, aged cheese. Traditional first courses of Mediterranean cuisine.
