Tasting note
The bouquet is rich in strawberries, currants and cherries, with floral notes and a touch of sweet almonds. The dominance of red grapes ensures a structured taste with black fruits, cherries and a touch of pastry. The touch of Chardonnay makes for more lightness and elegance.

48 months of storage before dégorgement. Blend of three vintages: 2005, 2002, 2003 Pinot Noir wine (12%) is added to the sparkling white wine cuvée.
