Tasting note
Highly concentrated ruby red in the glass. Intense on the palate with notes of wild fruits, plums and licorice. Acciaiolo is rich and elegant with a fine, harmonious acidity and excellent length on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aged cheese, fine pieces of meat, game
Vinification
Maceration of grapes for approx. 15 days. The wine is aged in barriques for approx. 14 months. Then stay in the bottle for a year.
