About the wine
The Muri Weissburgunder Riserva DOC Abbey from the Terlan region impresses with its clear freshness and complex aromas. With notes of ripe apples, delicate flowers and fine minerality, this white wine shows all the elegance of the terroir. After aging in wooden barrels, it also develops a pleasant creaminess and depth.

Culinary recommendation
Ideal with fish dishes, poultry or even with mature cheeses.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, a temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. For the Weissburgunder Riserva version, the wine is then aged to around 70& in large wooden barrels and 30& in barrique, and thus matures on its fine lees for about 16 months.
