Tasting note
Wine with personality, elegance, power, structure, complexity... Cabernet Sauvignon is the predominant grape variety. Although it is not a native grape variety, it has acclimatized to the Priorat terroir over the years under the sun and climate of the Priorat and has developed its own style. The best and least productive vineyards with Cabernet Ssauvignon, Garnacha and Carignan are selected for this wine.
Vinification
The wine ages for 12 months in carefully selected 300-liter French oak barrels, where it gains depth and complexity.
