Tasting note
Light pink color Powerful aromas of summer fruits on the nose. Notes of fine plums and litchis, plus subtle notes of white pepper. On the palate, Rosé Abacus is broad, powerful and round, with aromas of plum and white peach. It goes great with grilled lobster or ginger-based exotic dishes.
Vinification
Natural cultivation, no pesticides and herbicides. 2 months in steel tanks. Only slightly filtered.
