Tasting note
Opaque dark red with black core Pure, complex bouquet, spicy, of Maggi herb, floral reminiscent of peonies, fresh griot and sour cherry aroma. Present, soft start, balanced tannins, strong, slightly warming on the palate. Strong style with a Francophile touch, terroir.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with deer medallion in an elderberry chocolate sauce, lamb gigot and entrecote.
