Tasting note
Dark ruby red. On the nose, an intense bouquet of black berries, plums and cherries, complemented by spicy notes of cinnamon, pepper and a touch of tobacco. Full-bodied on the palate with well-integrated tannins that give the wine structure. The aftertaste is long, warm and elegant.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled meat, lamb chops, steak, game dishes or even with aged hard cheeses such as Manchego. Also ideal with chocolaty desserts.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested and fermented by hand. After fermentation, the wine ages in oak barrels.
