Tasting note
Soft mousse with good persistence and a fine, continuous perlage. COLOR: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. BOUQUET: Fresh, rich, elegant, discreetly persistent, with notes of white-fleshed fruit and a hint of citrus. TASTE: On the palate, it shows remarkable freshness and pleasant acidity; it is soft and balanced, with a pleasant citrus sensation on the finish.

Goes well with antipasti, aperitifs and starters.
Vinification
The wine is bottled in spring after harvesting and matures in contact with the yeasts for at least 24 months. After removal, the bottles rest in the cellar for at least another 2 months.
