About the wine
Corvina is an elegant and powerful wine of intense ruby red color with some garnet red nuances. On the palate, it is rich in aromas with soft and balanced tannins. On the nose, it is full of fruity notes such as blackcurrants and berries and some spicy notes.

Tasting note
Deep ruby red color. Bouquet of cherry and sour cherry, with aromas of red fruits and spices. Velvety, soft, full-bodied taste, very persistent. A rich and excellent wine that highlights the characteristics of Corvina.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with braised meat dishes such as ossobuco or roast beef, as well as pasta with strong sauces, such as ragù alla bolognese.
Vinification
Some of the grapes are dried naturally for 30/40 days. Fermentation at a controlled temperature for approximately 20/22 days. Ageing: 2 months in steel tanks and 12 months in large oak barrels
