Tasting note
Color: Beautiful dark red with purple reflections. Aroma: Intense aromas of red and black berries, plums and cherries. A whiff of mocha. Character: Soft on the palate with soft tannins. Elegant aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef and lamb, as well as with pot roast, hard cheese and pasta.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 8-month aging in new and 2-3 year old barriques. (50% in French oak and 50% in American oak).
