Tasting note
Color: ruby red Aroma: Complex aromas of ripe, red fruits such as cassis and notes of dark chocolate and some coffee that come from barriques. Character: Intense, persistent with a nice long finish.

Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 8-month aging in French barriques.
