Elegant, concentrated Pinot Noir with intense aromas of dark berries, cherries and delicate spicy notes. Velvety on the palate, with a dense structure, supple tannins and a long, harmonious finish. Ideal with red meat, game dishes or aged cheese.

Pinot Noir in its purest form is beguiling in scent, complex in aroma. On the nose, wild berries, plums and cherries with cinnamon. Elegant on the palate with subtle minerals, yet powerful and long-lasting. A perfect structure with silky, fine tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with venison schnitzel, veal cutlet, Zurich sliced meat or even served cool in the cellar with spicy tartare. A wonderful companion for spicy semi-hard cheese and fondue chinoise.
