Tasting note
Pinot Nero is the star of this rosé, used 100%, it gives it a unique shade of pink with a powerful aromatic scent supported by notes of wild strawberries and small red berries.

Vinification
After a short maceration with the skins, initial fermentation with autochthonous yeasts in steel tanks. 2. Fermentation and storage for at least 30 months on the yeast. The disgorgement date is on the back label of each of the 5000 bottles produced.
