Tasting note
Bright and bright pink tutu Intensely aromatic on the nose, aromas of exotic fruits, peaches and red currants. On the palate, greedy, refreshing and well-balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light meals and aperitifs.
Vinification
Pressing: direct and alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures. Harvest: early (slightly underripe) to reach an alcohol content of 10.5% vol. Grape varieties: selected in accordance with this early harvest.
