Color: Strong dark red with a black core, distinctive viscosity. Aromatics: Ripe scent of black cherries, delicate caramel touch, warm spice with lovely roastiness. Body: Rich aftertaste, unique sweet tannins, strong yet soft body. Quality: More Tempranillo is almost impossible.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with game and game fowl, pot roast in red wine jus, tortilla de papapas, chocolate cake with a liquid core.
