Tasting note
Garnet red in color with orange reflections. The nose is reminiscent of dried fruits, cinnamon and orange peel. In terms of taste, it surprises with notes of ripe cherries and blackberry jam, but also light cocoa beans and roasted espresso beans.
Culinary recommendation
An excellent accompaniment to chocolate (preferably dark), dessert, nuts or cheese. Of course, it also tastes delicious if you simply enjoy it pure.
