Tasting note
Charming on the nose, not too intrusive, but not inconspicuous either. A tasty, fruity Nebbiolo. It is reminiscent of prunes, red cherries and elderberries and reveals velvety wrapped tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with home cooking, a fine filet or can simply be enjoyed in good company.
Vinification
The aging takes place in 10,000 liter wooden barrel with the number 042, which was the inspiration for the naming and label design.
